From Wednesday, April 19, through Memorial Day weekend, diners can celebrate spring in Seattle with ten featured items $40 and under, five different types of crab and 12 new crab preparations. 

Famed this April as one of Wine Spectator’s top 12 seafood restaurants in the nation, Chandler’s Crabhouse is well known to locals as an iconic seafood establishment home to the “world’s best” crab cake. Following this tradition, Chef Thomas Cullen has crafted a menu elevating each highlighted crab’s distinctive flavors and texture; Crabfest’s limited time spring specials range from locally familiar Dungeness and King to Bairdi, soft-shell and Blue Lump crab.
